Market development Mission in the United Kingdom and Belgium

Market development Mission in the United Kingdom and Belgium

In-Sec-M, the Canadian cybersecurity cluster, in collaboration with the Government of Ontario, the Government of British Columbia, and with the support of the Canadian Embassy in Belgium in Brussels, the High Commission of Canada in the United Kingdom, and the Government of Quebec, is organizing a market development mission in the cybersecurity sector that will visit London and Brussels from May 28 to June 8, 2024, on the occasion of Cybersec Europe and InfoSecurity Europe.

The first part of this market development mission will take place in Brussels, the headquarters of the EU and NATO institutions, during CyberSec Europe (May 29 & 30, 2024). This is a gathering event that allows experienced cybersecurity experts to share their knowledge and the latest innovations in the fields of data science, cloud, and artificial intelligence. Networking activities and meetings with end buyers and representatives of the Belgian ecosystem, and more broadly, the European ecosystem, are also on the agenda.

The second part of the mission will be held in the United Kingdom for an immersion in the cybersecurity ecosystem, during InfoSecurity Europe (from June 4 to 6, 2024). Alongside this event, which brings together information security players, there will be visits and meetings with end clients, service and solution providers, consultants, incubators, etc. The United Kingdom is a leading partner of Canada in the field of cybersecurity. The political, technological, economic, and cultural proximities make the United Kingdom a natural business development environment for Canadian exporters of cybersecurity solutions and services.

It is possible to participate in only one of the two parts of the mission. Please contact us to express your interest if applicable.
